History and Mission Statement
The Penn State Fly Fishing Club was founded in 1990 by then student John Toker. Since its inception 23 years ago, the club has provided members a forum to discuss all aspects of the sport of fly fishing. The club is open to students, faculty, staff, and the public. The main mission of the club is to bring people of all ages together by their love for fly fishing. From beginner to advanced the Penn State Fly Fishing Club has something to offer for members of all skill sets.
